An undeserving favour one gets from God or mankind. An enemy has no nature of Mercy. God is a loving father and would always give his children grace. Yes! That's Mercy.

If you are shown mercy, why not be merciful. It is said in the scriptures that God shows mercy to the merciful.
A reality story:
I had a colleague in my office who never believed in me and wouldn't allow me to talk as he always intimidates me in the office. I made efforts to keep him as a friend but they all proved abortive. I tried talking some realities with him but he always snubbed me .
A certain day, he was choked and decided to borrow some money from me and have a space of 5 days to pay back. At the expiration of 5 days, he was unable to pay back and I had the right to cease his items and report him to my boss. He pleaded that I give him more days to pay back. I listened to him and gave him more two days to pay back which he did. Such pardon on the situation at hand made him draw closer to me and decided to heed to me.
IMPORTANCE OF MERCY
. Mercy makes you exceptional.
. We show mercy because God shows us mercy.
. Being merciful gives you inner joy.
. Mercy helps love to be spread abroad.
CONCLUSION
It's pretty uneasy to please everyone around you but determine to be the reason why someone around you smiles and pursue peace with all men
