God's word is life and love, his commandments, his teachings. Reading a little the book of the Gospels in Matthew, I reached the chapter of the beatitudes where Jesus among the crowd went up the mountain to speak a word of teaching life to him.

And I liked the fact that Jesus spoke each beatitudes in different areas, he spoke of the poor in spirit, the one who cries, the meek, among many more and each of these are so important that Jesus spoke, having to see what as children of Jehovah God We all have that beatitudes, that happiness, that peace, that confidence, that hope, that security and that sincere and unique and unequaled love of God. and that we must live each of those beatitudes that Jesus explained

let's look at chapter 5 of Matthew

Matthew 5: 1-12

[1] Seeing the crowd, he went up the mountain; and when he sat down, his disciples came to him.
[2] And opening his mouth he taught them, saying:

[3] Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Poor in spirit is a person who has an empty heart needs something great divine he thirsts for God to know more and that God fill this emptiness to give life to his spirit. How God does not love the one who thirsts to seek him to learn more than to be filled with his word that he knows that he is not the owner of his own life but that God

[4] Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

God is love and even when we are in super sad moments that our heart is downcast without strength we can feel how God can comfort us through his presence giving us peace to our worry, calm our pain and sadness He will always comfort us

[5] Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land.

the meek is meekness, humility dominated the character, strength under control. These virtues are wonderful. God blesses in a great way as he says that they will inherit the earth, they deserve great things for their meekness. the bible says in numbers 12: 3 that Moses was the most humble man on earth

[6] Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.

By knowing the third beatitudes then we can understand the sixth. when Jesus talks about hunger and thirst for justice. justice is correct, it is doing things well, it is correcting what is wrong. And when we are humble, we can learn to correct what we used to do wrong, accepting that we were wrong and that things should be done, just then we begin to hunger and thirst to be people who seek and want to do good and not evil and we will be satisfied. of it. It is like the hunger for food and thirst for water we do it because our body needs it, it is for its well-being for its health and that helps us and by doing so we will be satisfied

[7] Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

mercy when great is the mercy of God. If God is merciful to the whole world that we are as sinful and full of imperfections as we are not with our neighbors with those who surround us, let us make the mistake of saying that there are people who do not deserve mercy. Who are we to say that, if we were rather saved by the mercy of God, we must be merciful to learn it if it is not your strength, because overcome that and start wanting to do things right

[8] Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Beautiful let us take care of our heart keeping it clean let us examine our heart. This beautiful beatitude means that our heart must be clean because the blessing, the happiness of seeing God is a unique happiness.

[9] Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

God is a God of peace, and the Spirit that dwells in his children is a Spirit of peace, so we must be peacemakers, kind, calm people, who know how to wait for things that despite thousands of circumstances the peace of God dwells in us.

"[10] Blessed are those who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.*

nothing and no one can destroy the work of God in us. In normal that we live persecution as children of God, saying that we follow Jesus will make fun of many, there are people who have died because of the persecution but it is sure that we have the kingdom of heaven because of the fidelity in Jesus.

[11] Blessed are you when they reproach you and persecute you for my sake, and say all kinds of evil against you, lying.

This has a lot to do with the previous one in this world it is normal that being called children of God, Christian followers of Jesus see us as crazy but we trust and be faithful to Jesus

[12] Rejoice and be glad, for great is your reward in heaven; for thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

God commands us to rejoice in Him that we live joyfully and trusting in his word in his promise, do not be afraid to tell the world that we are faithful followers of the Messiah, that we are children of God, do not be ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God, let's move on . It is always good to remember and read the beatitudes, they are part of our life Jesus taught us so that we can learn from them and understand what it is to live in God.

Proverbs 4:23
[23] Above all things guarded, guard your heart, for from it flows life.

my beloved, what is in our hearts depends on how our life is.
