As foretold by the Holy Spirit, the Christian life is under a broadside of attacks by the enemy in this last days.
He is sowing seeds of confusion in the heart of many through disputing interpretation of the Bible, and no doctrine of the Christian faith is spared in this onslaught.
Despite of this, I encourage you to remain rooted in Christ. All these things happening now need to happen in fulfillment of God’s word and points to Christ close return.
Unfortunately, those who are not grounded in God’s word and whose faith is not established on a personal revelation of Jesus Christ are easily falling away into error and announcement of belief.
You therefore need to be settled in your convictions, steadfast in your faith and entrenched in the word of God.
Like a ship in a storm that is strongly anchored, you must be unmovable by the outer forces that will try to shipwreck your faith.
Even though the winds may blow mightily against it, such a ship would not be removed from its position because it is anchored on firm ground.
Let the hope of seeing Christ in glory someday be the harbour of your soul. Let all that this world has to give grow dim in the light of what Christ has in store for you.
To be unmovable means that no matter what the devil does, the firm foundation of your faith, which is establish in the word of God, will hold things together such that you cannot be moved.
Indeed, we must not allow ourselves to be stired away from what is right. There are always new forces, new inventions and new innovations which will always seek to push a Christian off course. You must be unmovable in the face of such ambushs.
The Christian’s harbour is his faith and hope in the power of God. You must be unwavering in your commitment to Christ and His kingdom.
