(ESP / ENG) “LA SAL DE LA TIERRA” / "THE SALT OF THE EARTH"

Saludos mis hermanos y amigos, Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esta reflexión titulada: “LA SAL DE LA TIERRA”.

13 Vosotros sois la sal de la tierra; pero si la sal se desvaneciere, ¿con qué será salada? No sirve más para nada, sino para ser echada fuera y hollada por los hombres. Mateo 5:13.

Los discípulos de Jesucristo tienen características únicas que los identifican, una de esas características es que somos sal de la tierra.

La sal simboliza la influencia saludable sobre la sociedad a medida que usted se pone en contacto con ella. Esto me da a entender que el cristiano no debe permanecer todo el tiempo en la iglesia, debe salir ya que es un medio para influenciar la sociedad y esto se logra si se interactúa con la sociedad.

Quiero compartir algunas características de la sal, que sirven como metáfora para su influencia en la sociedad:

1.- La sal preserva: Si la carne de cualquier tipo es salada, evita que se dañe la carne y puede durar mucho tiempo. Usted en la sociedad y el lugar donde vive eres un medio para evitar que esa sociedad siga corrompiéndose y pudriéndose. Usted es un agente saludable para preservar la sociedad de tanta corrupción.

2.- La sal da sed: Si usted ingiere algún alimento bien salado, sentirá sed. A mí me pasa con frecuencia, comer alimentos salados es motivo de tener sed.

Su influencia en la sociedad debe generar sed por escuchar la Palabra de Dios. Ese deseo de conocer más del evangelio y entregar su vida a Jesucristo.

3.- La sal da sabor: Cuando una comida no tiene nada de sal, su sabor es insípido y no es agradable al paladar; es la sal que le da ese punto de sabor a los alimentos. Usted es un agente que le imprime sabor a la sociedad, sin su presencia la sociedad es insípida. Usted con su testimonio y palabra le da el sabor que necesita la sociedad.

Pero si a sal pierde su esencia, no sirve para nada, solo para ser echada fuera y hollada. Si usted como sal de la tierra, pierde la esencia, no ejerce la influencia que el Señor desea que ejerza, por lo tanto, no está cumpliendo el propósito de un discípulo de Jesucristo

Es necesario que usted sea un agente que preserve, de sed y sabor a la sociedad en el lugar donde usted vive. No pierda el sabor, sea una genuina sal, para gloria de Dios.

Greetings my brothers and friends, Today I want to share with you this reflection entitled: "THE SALT OF THE EARTH".

13 You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt fades, with what will it be salted? It is no longer used for anything but to be thrown out and trampled on by men.

The disciples of Jesus Christ have unique characteristics that identify them, one of those characteristics is that we are the salt of the earth.

Salt symbolizes healthy influence on society as you come into contact with it. This gives me to understand that the Christian should not stay all the time in the church, he should go out since it is a means of influencing society and this is achieved if he interacts with society.

I want to share some characteristics of salt, which serve as a metaphor for its influence on society:

** 1.- Salt preserves: ** If meat of any kind is salty, it prevents the meat from being damaged and can last a long time. You in society and the place where you live are a means to prevent that society from continuing to corrupt and rot. You are a healthy agent to preserve society from so much corruption.

** 2.- Salt makes you thirsty: ** If you eat any very salty food, you will feel thirsty. It happens to me frequently, eating salty foods is a reason to be thirsty.

Their influence in society should generate a thirst to hear the Word of God. That desire to know more about the gospel and give your life to Jesus Christ.

** 3.- Salt gives flavor: ** When a meal does not have any salt, its flavor is insipid and it is not pleasant to the palate; It is the salt that gives food that point of flavor. You are an agent who adds flavor to society, without your presence society is insipid. With your testimony and word, you give it the flavor that society needs.

But if salt loses its essence, it is useless, only to be thrown out and trampled on. If you, as the salt of the earth, lose the essence, you do not exert the influence that the Lord wants you to exert, therefore, you are not fulfilling the purpose of a disciple of Jesus Christ

It is necessary that you be an agent that preserves the thirst and flavor of society in the place where you live. Do not lose the flavor, be a genuine salt, to the glory of God.
