BEING gay may not always be a sin - everyone gets a temptation, and being honest is a great temptation. So that's not it. Although homosexual is a direct sin, the unmarried gay man is innocent of 'homosexual behavior.'
There is also the "hatred for sin, love the sinner" - that applies to batterers, swindlers in marriage, gossip, liars, - and we all sin constantly. Paul himself said, "My righteous deeds are like the pockets of time used" - the worst comparisons made by a man in his day.
I take everything that refers to homosexuals as the work of the devil because Jesus never said anything about it and the Ten Commandments do not mention it. Instead we have the cultural sin of not being admitted to a hostel in - it was not individually, it was demeaning to a stranger visiting, which at the time seemed as 'not right' as possible in those days.
There is one mention in the Old Testament in the section on cultural stability, as well as Paul's condemnation of the New Testament - Paul also traditionally intended the role of women. Think about that.
Since the majority of the population is hetero, homosexuality results in immediate discrimination. If you believe that every word in Scripture has God's fingers, then you have reason to believe that gay *** is bad. But if you use any stick in sin, you are contradicting Jesus, and - firstly he does not seem to be talking about homosexuality, and secondly he makes it very clear that no one should have the guts to condemn another person's sin.
GOD judges, and GOD wants our worship, our obedience, and our confession. Each sinner comes to the Savior with a "broken and contrite heart," realizing that his sin is always present, and the need for forgiveness is constant. The bottom line is, do you feel that you are breaking God's heart by choosing to take a loving, faithful partner in your life and the same sex as you? GOD is love - gays do not exist, but gay marriage is. Think about that.
Gay is as dangerous as Lesbianism, the Bible condemns it in Romans 2:26-28
Romans 1:26-28
