Jehovah is my shepherd; I will lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
Beside still waters will shepherd me.
It will comfort my soul;
He will guide me along the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, because you will be with me;
Your rod and your staff will give me encouragement.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil; my cup is overflowing.
Certainly good and mercy will follow me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for long days.
