Colossians 3:23-25
23 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.
24 Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.
25 But if you do what is wrong, you will be paid back for the wrong you have done. For God has no favorites.(Living Bible)
And the big question is "how are you doing your work?" are you doing it willingly or you are doing it because you are being watched or bully to do it.
How are you performing your services both to man and to God. Remember if you can't serve man diligently and faithfully, then you can't serve God faithfully. Change your attitude toward what you are doing, toward your services to others so that you will be bless abundantly. Do everything as unto the Lord and expect a reward from him and not from man.
Humans can never pay you enough for the services you render to them so change the mentality of not doing it well just because they will not pay you well and start doing it perfectly and see if things will not turn around for your good in just a twinkle of an eyes.
God still rewards faithful people so don't let the world deceive you, be faithful in that little thing you are doing, give and put your all into it, make it successful not seeking for man reward and see if the Lord will not open up the gate of heaven and pour out His blessings upon hours and your generation.

Don't just be a mouth Christian (believer) create time for God, make Him your lover, create a day of meeting with Him, invite Him and communicate with Him always, don't let your communication with Him break down because you can not do it on your own so create a day for him.
I am really blessed today and I know that God is great and his mercy endures forever and evermore.
