GIVE GOD THE PRAISE

1 Chron 16:34-36

In those hours of doubt
in those long nights where facts tell you to give in and give up
let the fruit of your lips reach out to Him
let your praise be sacred songs unto Him whose footstool is the earth

When there is that urge to whine and complain
come before mount zion with songs not heard
with yearnings not shared of how beautiful He is even in the bad times
raise your octaves unto the worship of the Most high. for He alone is the way.

Praise Him in a reminder of your love for Him
Praise him for his testimonies are your reward
Praise him for his words are yea and Amen
Praise him for your days on earth is permitted by Him

Let the poet in you make renditions to Jehovah
for in due time he will come to your aid
Praise him now, for the song of victory draws nigh
when your heart shall merry cause never swerved in the hard times

Praise him cos He is the only confidant, you can have confidence in about your secrets
Praise him cos you sing better than the stones,and they cannot take your place
Praise him! For He is GOD
