Courage is the ability and will to do or stand for what is right or necessary even in the face of adversity or opposition fearlessly and affirm your faith in Christ no matter the adversaries that you face.
One who is courageous, understand that every opposition is an opportunity for progress and victory.
Paul, in his letter to the church in Thessalonica, recounted how he and some others demonstrated great courage to preach the Gospel despite fierce opposition.
"That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand." (2 Thessalonians 2:2).
Courageous people set their minds on what the believe, and nothing is too big for them to give or do in pursuit of their conviction.
Therefore, brethren, set your minds on the Lord and His Word, and be ready to do anything for the furtherance if the Gospel.
