I want to interduce a very genuine vegetable. Guess guess....
This is potato😀. I know it's very funny but my dear friend. Potato gives many types of energy speacilly carbohydrates. Carbohydrate changes into fat and fat changes into energy. These energy help us to do very hard work. If you are athelete, you should regularly used boil potato. It makes keep our body fit and maintain.
POTATO QUALITIES
- Potato gives us more energy to do different different types of work.
- Potato mixed easily to any other vegetables for Ex:- ladies finger, brinjal, cauliflower, pumpkin etc.
- It's used to makes very spicy dishes. Biryani one of them..
- It's used to make lays and chips are very tasty and yummy.
- Potato is a converted form of steem, it's a winter seasons crop.
- Mainly found Carbohydrate in potato, it gives more energy to do hard work.
- It's easily digest to our body.
- We should regularly used potato.
