This time of the weather is my favorite where you can easily go for a walk without feeling too hot or too cold. The sky looks brighter and the cool and relaxing breeze helps you relax from all the stress and worries that you may have.
That's what I did as well. After a tiring day, taking a walk was the last thing on my mind, but as soon as I stepped out I felt a wave of calmness wash over me as I felt completely relaxed and happy. It's all about taking the first step and happiness finds its way to you.
