Lauros nobilis, known as Laurel shrub belonging to the Lauraceae family native to the Mediterranean. It can measure up to 2 meters in height, its leaves are long, wide, hard and with striae, measuring up to 3 cm. Its flower is light purple in color, it has a berry similar to a small olive, it is used as a medicine in infusions to treat arthritis, muscle pain, bronchitis, flu, to relieve kidney stones.
