Belimbing wuluh or Averrhoa bilimbi is a fruit that is found in many tropical countries such as Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. Usually, Indonesians like to use this fruit in a mixture of chili sauce, soup, to curry.

Belimbing wuluh has a sour and fresh taste, so it can add flavor to various dishes. In Aceh, we cook using star fruit wuluh every day. The starfruit that we use is dried / dried in the sun first. We call it Sunti acid.
