It is Euphorbia milii,also know as crown-of-thorns,Christ plant.It is so named because it is said that Crist used to wear a thron like its resembalance.It is an evergreen plant.Mostly used for decorations in homes and outdoors.Its red flowers are amazing and attractive.It was gifted to French in 1821.It is a woody shrub of height about1.8 m.
Its fleshy green leaves are found on new groth in spring.The plant thrives in spring and Summer but flowers reamin on it whole year.
