Euphorbia milii or Crown of Christ. Better known as the crown of thorns that was put on Jesus of Nazareth before his execution. Hence its only name, it is a thorny shrub that can reach 150 cm in height, its bright green leaves grow along its thick and thorny stem, the lower leaves fall off as the plant ages, and does not they grow back. It is also a medicinal plant used for diarrhea, intestinal discomfort, stomach pains and dizziness.
