Indian crop
Two-thirds of India’s population is engaged in agricultural activities. it's a primary activity, which produces food grains and raw materials for citizen. India is a huge country so it's various food and non-food crops which are cultivated in three main cropping seasons which are rabi, kharif and zaid.
crops are classified into two categories
Food crops- Rice, Wheat, Maize and Pulses.
Cash crops- Sugarcane, Oilseeds, Tea, Coffee, Rubber, Cotton and Jute.
