Is a beautiful flower that has the scientific name hibiscus rosa-sinensis, and also called Chinese rose, hibiscus, cucarda, cardinals or kiss flower. It is a perennial shrub, belonging to the Malvaceae family, from East Asia and grows in tropical places anywhere in the world.
This flower can be white, red, yellow, pink. Its flower is used not only in the kitchen, but also in medicine and cosmetics. In Venezuela it is known as cayenne and its beautiful color is to be admired.
