Yesterday the sky was cloudy in the region of Portuguesa of relatively homogeneous climate, where the temperature ranges between 20º and 35ºC, although this temperature is regulated by the strong winds that come from the Gulf of Venezuela. Between the number of rivers, lagoons and the strong sun of the day, they produce areas of cloudiness and frequent torrential rains.
