Ingredients
1 kg of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cups corn oil

In a bowl serve the flour, water, milk, oil and salt, you must mix until you achieve a homogeneous dough without lumps.
Let stand for 20 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is about 2 millimeters thick. Then cut 1.5 cm wide strips.
Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick sticks
Roll up the cheese with the dough strips. Adjust the ends well to prevent them from opening when cooking.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or cauldron. Add the tequeños and cook over medium heat until golden brown. (3 minutes approx.)
Eat at room temperature
