Chicken Quesadilla
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be trying out homemade chicken quesadilla with sour cream dip. Quesadilla's aren't really known that well here in the Philippines so it's really exciting to try out popular dishes from other countries. I'm familiar with flatbreads since I've tried Lavash which is a middle eastern flatbread when I was in Dubai. There are differences of course like how lavash is less chewy than tortilla since it is made out of flour instead of cornmeal. The filling is what shines in this dish, the chicken was so flavorful and I like how they added a bit of spice to the chicken.
