Whatever contest I've been in, I think it's about education management that I really get to describe his last week in the contest. Not only did I participate in the competition but I also got the opportunity to learn a lot and through this competition I tried to implement many things as a teacher and I also got the benefit of them. So today I will tell you people what benefit I got and how it happened

What has been important in your knowledge acquisition in the past week?

As I have also used the post in education management in education and we have been doing this as a managment I have started to see a lot of things and we as I am an academy teacher and I have enough Students come to study, so I tried to implement these things and I also told that I already apply these things so that my students always grow from me and education. Management went very well so for that I shared a lot of things with you guys and also I tried to implement a lot of new things to participate in this competition and I checked this.

What do you want to say to everyone by achieving this?

Whether I benefited from it or not, I learned a lot about management and I thought about a lot of things about educational structure and we not only thought about a lot of my things but also While doing them, I have seen not only my own growth, but also my students' knowledge, so I am very happy with the things that Steemit's contests have taught me. I am learning many things that are very important in my education management and through this I am proving to be very beneficial to my students

So I will tell you how it benefited me. The benefit for me is that as soon as I started celebrating my achievements, there are many activities that I didn't do before, so I felt. That children are involved in themselves. Earlier, we used to do many things to create involvement in children, but what I have started now and what I have taught now, the children's involvement is even more like that

That among the measures I have taken to improve physical activities and education management, physical activities are also very good, because when children are involved in physical activities, then along with these things, I set other things and I am good at management, through physical activities, the children have increased and they have taken care of discipline, and because of taking care of discipline, it has become much easier for me to set many things and many more. There are those which I have newly applied but I have got success

What do you want to say to everyone by achieving this?

Yes, I would definitely like to say something to the rest of the fellows and I would like to say that knowledge is not only available from books but also from many other things. Always learn the principles and it is not necessary that we get them from our seniors but also from the children. I have learned a lot from the children. So we should look at everything with positivity and find some logic in everything and we should keep acquiring knowledge and celebrate achievements so that we know how many achievements we have achieved
