Hope so you all are doing fine. I’m also well by Allah’s blessings. Today Im going to participate in a contest by @abdullahw2 that is about Morning Walk and It’s Charms. So let’s start without any further delay.

This contest is basically about morning walk and its benefits and charms. We just have to talk about our daily life routine about morning walk and we have to answer some of the questions as asked by @abdullahw2 in this contest. So let’s start answering the questions without wasting our precious time.
How often do you go for morning walk?(Daily or at weekends?). |

The first question asked by the contester is about our Morning walk routine. Whether we do it daily or only at weekends. So i wana say that nowadays i do morning walk only at weekends. The reason for this is only the weather conditions in our country Pakistan. As we all know that it is the season of winter nowadays and temperature often hit 6 to 7 degree. So due to this extreme conditions of weather i do morning walk only on weekends nowadays. But when the weather was pleasant about 2 to 3 months back. I do morning walk daily.
Today i got up early said fajar’s prayer and after that i went for morning walk. Today weather was not that chilly but sunny and there was a fall in the extremeness of temperature so i decided to do morning walk.

In the second question we are asked about the location where we do our morning walk. So for morning walk i went to the society that is only 50meters away from my house you can say that it is just infront of my house. So on every weekend i went there for a morning walk nowadays.
It is a new society that is currently underdevelopment. I go there daily after fajar’s prayer. Although the society is under-develop but the house that are already built are very beautiful and also the roads despite of being under development are soo good. Many people came here for a morning walk.

There are a lot of benefits of Morningwalk. Now i will discuss them one by one. So let’s start….
Morning Walk helps us to improve our health.It not us keep us immune to alot of diseases but also provide a healthy life.
Morning walk is not a simple walk but we can say that it is a tool for a longer and Healthier life.
Morning walk not only prevent thousands of fatal diseases but also boast our immune system.By morning walk the amount of oxygen and many other hormones increases in our body which helps our body to fight against many diseases.
Nowadays almost every other person is under attack of stress. So by morning walk when we see the ouside environment it divert our mind from that stress and as a result it cause stress relief.
Many person are entangled in the cage of obesity. As it is rightly said that:
Obesity is the mother of Diseases.
So to prevent this root of diseases we should go for a morning walk daily. When we do morning walk our calories burn and excess fat lose in the form of sweat so every obese person should do morning walk daily.
Nowadays there are a thousands of dieseas in the society. And the famous of which is blood pressure, cholesterol rise and uric acid. These are very fatal diseases that causes heart attack. Ny morning walk the flow of blood regulate and it cause a steep regulation in the blood of human body prevent the diseases of blood pressure and cholesterol.
We all are bounded to our homes and offices, schools and colleges. So to get exposure of the outer environment we should visit a healthy and environment friendly place and morning walk is a chance to visit that place such as a park society or a playground. This healthy environment that is exposed to us by the morning walk not only makes us healthy but also help us to interact socially with others. So it also causes a friendly social interaction.
Morning walk helps us to improve our digestive system. Due to our improper diet every other person is under the attack of digestive problems. When we do morning walk then it improves our digestive system.
Also when we are exposed to healthy air in an open environment this healthy air not only filters and cleans our lungs but also makes our respiratory system more efficient.
Do you feel any changes in your body when you Skip your morning walk |

Morning Walk Brings a lot of changes in our body. It not only strengthen our body but also make it immune to many diseases. I do morning walk for a year. And i feel a lot of changes in my body.
⭕️ First of all i feel like my body is very light.
⭕️It lose body fat in the form of sweat. And that’s the reason i loose 8kg weight bh doing morning walk.
⭕️At start I feel my legs in extreme pains due to morning walk but due to continuity and consistency that pain disappear.
⭕️At first i feel very fatigueness. But then i become use to it and now i don’t feel it anymore.
⭕️Morning Walk Also improve my immune system,Digestive and respiratory system.
If I skip any morning walk then i feel extreme pain in my body and also legs. Besides that i also feel like i have miss something important. It is human physiology that if he miss some routine work he feels like nothing is good. Same happens with me when i skip my morning walks.
