Вопрос, конечно, интересный. Я не разработчик. С учётом моего стажа пребывания на платформе могу претендовать на звание опытного пользователя, но и здесь мой опыт ограничен. Я могу говорить только используя отдельные метафоры (может быть не совсем удачно).

Блокчейн декларативно является децентрализованным. Но мы все помним, кому он принадлежит. К сожалению я давно не видел в эфире хозяина, но он содержит это "государство" и это уже хорошо. Однако, все мы тоже знаем, что есть власть формальная и реальная. Это не та власть, которая способна издать указ, но вполне способная определять направление движения, вектор развития.

Что важно для любой системы (а блокчейн по структуре, принципу действия и динамике развития обычная сложная система с элементами, взаимосвязями и динамикой равновесия)?

Государству нужна развитая экономика, энергетика, инфраструктура, глобальные национальные проекты. В экономику такого государства выгодно вкладывать инвестиции.

Назовите мне глобальные проекты Steemit, может быть я просто не в курсе?

Если в государстве нет системной работы по развитию, то оно выходит на ниспадающую ветвь синусоиды.

Мы видели взлёт несколько лет назад (я уже не застал). Это характерно для каждой новой системы. Курсы новых криптовалют не дадут соврать. На плоскости это синусоида (взлёт/падение), но в 3-х мерности это спираль и каждый следующий виток должен быть выше предыдущего. Если этого не происходит, система некоторое время зацикливается (бегает по кругу без подъёма, стагнирует), а потом просто разрушается.

Есть ощущение, что Steemit бегает по кругу без подъёма витков в спираль.

Да, некоторое время можно бегать в таком виде. Для этого придётся чем-то жертвовать, но продолжать движение. Государство-банкрот может обложить население дополнительными налогами, заставить покупать облигации займа? закручивать гайки (привет децентрализации) ... ClubXXX, null, ... но обычно в таких условиях начинает процветать коррупция. Чиновники, понимая, что корабль тонет, пытаются вынести с корабля как можно больше. При этом СМИ могут говорить что угодно, обещать, запугивать, уговаривать... главное, что время идёт и ещё есть, чем можно поживиться. Эмиссия плодит новые деньги, пул ежедневно пополняется и чиновников эта ситуация устраивает.

На самом деле я не знаю, по какому пути движется Steemit. Я надеюсь на спираль.

Как предложение могу высказать только пожелание вкладывать деньги в разработчиков и масштабные национальные проекты развития. У нас есть адекватные опытные делегаты (и мы делегировали им полномочия). Среди них есть неравнодушные и много делающие для системы.
Хотелось бы, чтобы таковыми были все (понимаю, что это юношеский максимализм, но ведь хочется).

Без развития нас ждёт распад.

Вот такие мысли посетили меня прямо здесь и сейчас без подготовки и тщательного обдумывания.
Я был максимально честен в своих мыслях и это мое частное мнение, которое может не соответствовать действительности.

Боюсь, что уже поздно приглашать друзей на это мероприятие. Особенно в канун Нового Года... сейчас у всех много семейных хлопот. Надеюсь, устроители конкурса учтут эту особенность :)

The blockchain is declaratively decentralized. But we all remember who it belongs to. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the host on the air for a long time, but he contains this "state" and that's already good. However, we all also know that there is formal and real power. This is not the kind of government that is able to issue a decree, but it is quite capable of determining the direction of movement, the vector of development.

What is important for any system (and blockchain, in terms of structure, principle of operation and dynamics of development, is an ordinary complex system with elements, relationships and equilibrium dynamics)?

The state needs a developed economy, energy, infrastructure, and global national projects. It is profitable to invest in the economy of such a state.

Tell me the global Steemit projects, maybe I just don't know?

If there is no systematic development work in the state, then it goes to the descending branch of the sine wave.

We saw a takeoff a few years ago (I didn't catch it anymore). This is typical for every new system. The rates of new cryptocurrencies will not allow you to lie. On the plane it is a sine wave (rise/fall), but in 3 dimensions it is a spiral and each next turn must be higher than the previous one. If this does not happen, the system loops for a while (runs in a circle without lifting, stagnates), and then simply collapses.

Yes, you can run like this for a while. To do this, you will have to sacrifice something, but keep moving. Can a bankrupt state impose additional taxes on the population, force them to buy loan bonds? tighten the screws (hello decentralization) ... ClubXXX, null, ... but usually in such conditions, corruption begins to flourish. Officials, realizing that the ship is sinking, are trying to take as much as possible off the ship. At the same time, the media can say anything, promise, intimidate, persuade... the main thing is that time is passing and there is still something to profit from. The issue generates new money, the pool is replenished daily and officials are satisfied with this situation.

Actually, I do not know which way Steemit is moving. I'm hoping for a spiral.

As a suggestion, I can only express my wish to invest money in developers and large-scale national development projects. We have adequate experienced delegates (and we have delegated authority to them). Some of them are not indifferent and do a lot for the system.
I would like everyone to be like that (I understand that this is youthful maximalism, but I want to).

Without development, we will disintegrate.
