If you have no space to download BIG DATA FILE, it is almost 232GB so you can download this to your server. For diskless space users, you could try the stream way to download and decompress backup data.
wget -c -qO- https://files.steem.fans/data/xxxxx.tar.lz4 | lz4 -d | tar x
xxxxx mean the latest file name, Like this ( wget -c qO https://files.steem.fans/data/steem_witness_20220803.tar.lz4)
you can find the latest file at https://files.steem.fans/.

Move data in Blockchain Folder

After downloading, unarchive it. You will get a folder named blockchain, it is necessary to move data that you compressed data

cd / steem-docker/data/witness_node_data_dir
Then do
du blockchain

wait and check data with these commands du -h blockchain

its take also big time to make sure you have a good WIFI connection after done check logs you have done it successfully or not.
if your logs working so it means you successfully move your date in the Blockchain folder.

How to Check Logs.

First, put commands and enter in steem container make sure you are doing right.

cd steem-docker
./run.sh logs

It takes big time to synchronize to match with current blocks.

you are fully attached to steemit now make sure you updated all requirements witnessed related.

one more important point needs to do

Generate Witness Keys

We need an account witness key for updating price feed/witness properties with @justty tools. for now, I am going to generate witness keys with the following commands.

docker run -it --rm \ steemit/steem:0.23.x-mira \ /usr/local/steemd/bin/get_dev_key STM account name

One private key will use in updating in cofig.ini and other PUB key will use to update your Witness properties...
