Fruits as medicine

A Hello my friends if you see my post today trust you are well, I am also well too. Today I would talk about fruit as a medicine as most people only think fruits only gives nutrients to the body, food does not give you only nutrients as it is medicinal and also used for easy digestion to the body.

I had been sick sometimes in my life but thanks to someone who introduced me to some various fruits that helps to curb my sickness as I have tried various herbs as to no solution. As we go, I would also list the fruits that help me in curing this sickness.

Fruits are very good and advisable to use, in terms of the majority of the classes of food, fruits helps a lot in the body. It is advisable to take fruits either or after taking of food for easy digestion.

I love fruits like bananas. Bananas are very good for the body as it is even advisable for men mostly to always eat banana, especially men who need healthy children. Fruits like watermelon is good for my body, I also eat fruit like mango, oranges which is also used for digestion and a many but few I listed here.

Fruits also helps to reduce the weight of people, those who are obese, and mostly fat people are advised by medical practitioners to always eat fruits instead of food as this is lighter to the system as this would make one to look moderate and avoid also being obese.

Lastly here fruits are also medicinal, the truth is that all fruits plays a little part as medicines to the body that's why eating of fruits should not be a restriction to one. When I was sick the fruits I had were cucumber, a lot of milk, banana, groundnut and watermelon as this helps in increasing of blood.

I have had a blood shortage, so I advise all who are sick to always eat fruits as this helps a lot.
