I am very happy to show my participation in the above contest topic organized by a special soul @malikusman1 I was attracted by the topic "Your favorite snacks" while going through contests and I am here to show my participation.
Snacks are foods that are consumed at any time of the day, every individual has his or her favorite food which is also applicable to snacks. There are snacks I don't like to eat or consume because of may the flavor used or the ingredients used, the joy I have observed in snack consumption is the fact that it is perfect and goes with any drink or juice. Some people always have a special snack aside to eat after meals so a snack is a very important classification of food that keeps our day lively, especially while watching movies.
Tell us about your favorite snacks. Reason.
I love snacks in short but among all, there is always a favorite one, my favorite snack is Massa, we must note that Massa is crunchy and it is so soft on the inside. I love eating Massa for the fact that it is crunchy because I gain excitement and enjoyment when eating anything that sounds crunchy, that is my nature.
Because of my love for Massa, I take my time to prepare it myself especially when I crave to have it on my table. Massa is one of the snacks that can last for about 5 days without spoiling, not because of any preservative added to it but that is how it is. I bake Massa to my taste and how crunchy I want it.
Which ingredients are used to prepare your favorite snacks?
The ingredients used in preparing Massa are found around my part of the world and it is as well cheap therefore it is found common and that is why Massa is mostly the common snack. Below, are the ingredients I use, and the items are in the picture above.

Is it famous in your country only? Or it is found worldwide?
Yes! Massa is a famous snack in my part of the world, I am a Nigerian and I live in the northern part of Nigeria where a specific type of people called Hausa live together so, Massa is a snack that we use to welcome visitors and that is one of the reasons it is famous.
In conclusion, Massa has no side effects, and the vegetable oil used is not much such that an ulcer patient can also eat Massa because it is fried but soft in the inside, culturally, we believe that Massa is a healer and that is why it is always served for visitors which means that, every sickness and diseases are gone so, when the visitor eats or have a test of the massa it means he or she is most welcome.
