Hi esteemed members of #steem4Bloggers how are you doing, i am good with the grace of Allah. As the 5th season of engagement challenge is going to end and i feel very happy while taking part another exciting challenge offered with the title "Steemit Engagement Challenge | S7W5 | If I were The Principal". The topic is really incredible and there are wonderful entries to read. Here is my post.

If i see my career i started it from teaching so early,this topic is really interesting for me although at that time i was 18 years old.

What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

The betterment of school depends on the team work of head teacher with staff, Allah created everyone on unique nature and everyone has distinguished mental capabilities from others. The main influence is of head teachers because school growth is based on him.

Throughout the week he should have to conduct early morning meeting with teachers to assess what was performed of students who are at the top and more specifically which are weak ones. He can make strategy for weak students and the more attention will improve the learning skills of students.

This meeting will be fruitful by reviewing a meeting with parents on weekends, because they can also help out to improve the learning capabilities of students if a good environment is present in students home. In my opinion, head teacher has great contribute towards betterment of school and students with strong coordination with teachers and parents.

If i was principal i will do the above suggested changes and it will bring a good academic change in my school. Because without taking the daily feedback teachers got lazy and performance of school and teachers both lowered down.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?

Discipline is a very significant factor of a school. For achieve the best discipline we must have to show discipline to the students, because teacher and principal are ideal personality for students they follow them.

Moreover the practice of discipline can be teach in assembly. If we teach the students follow the line role don't rush away here and there keep silence either he is free the better discipline can be seen. It depends on efforts of teacher upto which extends they are making students eligible to follow strict role.

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

Yeah; of course sports are needed in school and basic need for students. Through sports we can promote learning capabilities in little students. When i was teaching i guess little students got bored while doing work on notebook and similarly in reading books.

I taught them through different playing activities and honest to say their learning skills improved with the passage of time. The students who made parents worried to come in school after this they came so happily and asked me when we will play teacher.

So little efforts of sports are productive in them. For promotion of different sports activities i will arrange inter school competitionand inter class competition within the students. Such competition are very healthy for students. I also arrnged 5 minutes of lecture in assembly on the success of famous sportsmans so that students can get inspiration for successful life.

What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).

A teacher is backbone of successful students. If teacher is compatible with the school environment it would great impact on students life. The learning environment of class should be easy for students as the behavior of teacher must be polite. If teacher would be strict it supposed to suppress the learning capacity of students. The class room should not be overloaded with students.

There may be properly seated for students so that they can get the chance of interaction with teachers. Classroom must be decorated with themes and colors it affects the learning skills of students.
These are the some modifications i would like to do to strengthen elevated level of knowledge aptitudes in learner while in classrooms.

At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.

When i was in matriculation the principal of my school came from long distance, but it was happy to know her personality was impressive for me. In her presence our class teacher never missed any lectures and i felt halpy at that day as i got maximum.

She was quite polite and had humble nature inspite of this she was anle to maintain cleanliness and discipline in school. This discipline seems less when she reached late or was on leave due to some reason. Overall she was impressive by all means.
