Hello Everyone!
How are you all? I hope you all are fine by the grace of the Allah Almighty. Today this is my post about the benefits of the green tea. I am drinking the tea i thought that why not i share the benefits of the green tea with my friends, so that's why i make a post on this. I hope you will like my post.
First of all talk about that what is tea plant?
Tea plant:

Scientific name: Camellia sinensis
Higher classification: Camellia
Rank: Species
Green tea is made from the Camellia sinensis plant.
Green tea is prepared by steaming and pan-frying these leaves and then drying them.

Benefits:

There are many benefits of the green tea.

  • May improve the brain function
  • May reduce bad breath
  • May protect the brain from aging
  • Prevent the heart disease
  • Burns the fat and reduce the weight
  • Increases the metabolism
  • Boosts up immunity
How does it work ?
The useful parts of the green tea are the leaf bud, leaf stem. Green tea is not fermented and is produced by the fresh leaves at high temperatures. While this process, it is able to maintain the important molecules called polyphenols, very responsible for the benefits of the green tea.
If I drink green tea everyday what happens? If i drink more green tea then they cause stomach problems, diarrhoea and can cause the iron deficiency. And if you drink less amount of green tea can provide the detrimental to your health.
Side effects:

While there are benefits of the green tea there is also disadvantages of the green tea.

  • Stomach Problems: Green tea may cause the stomach irritation when it is too strongly or consumed in the empty
    stomach.
  • Vomiting, headache, liver disease, face the sleeping problems.

Types of green tea :

Green tea is available in market in many forms like

  • powder form
  • loose leaves
  • tea bags
  • green tea with different flavors
Best time to drink the green tea:

The best to drink the green tea is while eating the meal you can drink the green tea between the meal because there is compounds that present between the green tea that may inhibit the absorption of iron and other minerals so it's best to drink between the meal.

  • green tea works in the 30 minutes and at least lasts with in the 90 minutes.
Drink green tea:

I can also drink the green tea one cup a day. Its my routine to at least drink one cup of drink tea daily. Its also help us in many ways. I personally like the lemon flavour of the green tea and i also try many other flavours of the green tea but i don't like that flavours so i drink the lemon one of tapal company.
