•Its a very interesting thing to give me a place of principal for one day. I am a teacher myself and I always try to be very responsible and polite with my students and I know the nature of students so I think I can describe this thing very well.

What I will do for the academic growth of my school?

•First thing that I will do for the growth and development of the academics in my school is to arrange motivational speakers for my school that will motivate the students of my school at least one time in a week.

• Motivation

•Motivation is very important for the students it encourages the students and provide them right path by motivating them continuously and encouraging them to gain knowledge and education.

• Increase of well trained teachers

•The other thing that I will like to do for the growth of my academics in school is to increase the number of well trained and highly qualified staff who actually knows that how to treat with the kids of which age.I will increase the number of highly trained staff who knows the priorities to teach and who note only teaches the text written on pages but also works on developing the skills in children.

What advice I will give to my teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline?

•First of all regarding the discipline a teacher first of all should be a role model for whole class and first of all a teacher should be very polite and discipline who developed the qualities of his discipline in their students also.

• Responsible teacher

Obviously a teacher work is to go to the classroom and develop a learning environment in the classroom by politely guiding the students about the rules and regulations so if our teacher will follow the rules then it is always that there students will also obey him and vice versa if he will be not responsible then how students can be disciplined and responsible.

In my opinion are sports should be promoted at school level?

•As we all know that sports and physical activities are very necessary nowadays for every age group and sports are a good way to active the kids students or every age group physically. Sports is a very good way to keep the students physically active not only this it also develops different skills and creativity and competition between the kids and students of school.

• So in my opinion it's very great to organise different sports competitions in your school and their should be a physical activity in school also.

What I will do to encourage the sports between players or athletes in my school?

•I will highlight the importance of sports in today's era and I will also talk about the benefits of different types of sports either they are the indoor sports or the outdoor sports both have the advantages and are important for daily living.

What I will do for providing the easy environment to the students of my school?

• I have seen many times that many teachers are very strict in their behaviour and I have also noticed that the teachers who show a strict behaviour will not receive a good feedback from there students.

•On the other hand if teachers show a polite and friendly behaviour towards the class students then the students give a good feedback to their teachers and healthy and friendly environment exist between class environment students and teachers that's why I will provide a very polite and humble environment to the students of my school to learn teach and grow.

What was the personality of my school principal then I was in the matriculation?

•My school principal was very humble and polite with not only the teachers as well as with the students and my school principal never promote a favouritism protocol between anyone. My school principal always try to highlight the importance of study and his personality was also remarkable for me and still I remember him.
