CRISPY TORTANG BOLINAO (Fish Omelette)

Every weekend is a "kusina day" for me. "Kusina" meaning kitchen. Yes, since we dont have classes every weekend, I see to it that I may be able to cook something for my family. By the way, our work is only every monday upto friday.

So, today I will be sharing to you on how to make Crispy Tortang Bolinao or what we called Fish Omelette. By the way, Bolinao is a small fish.

These are my simple ways on how to make Crispy Tortang Bolinao.

✨INGREDIENTS:✨

  • Bolinao (small fish)
  • egg
  • crispy fry
  • eggs
  • tomatoes
  • onion
  • cooking oil

✨PROCEDURE:✨

Step 1:

(Prepare all the ingredients by washing properly the fish. Afterwards wash the spices then cut the tomato as well as the onion into small cubes. Then, sprinkle it all over the fish. Then add some eggs, and crispy fry.)

Step 2:

(If all tge ingredients were put in a bowl already, mix them until its consistency becomes on the picture at the top.)

Step 3:

(Then start heating up the frying pan. When it is heated already put the cooking oil into boil.)

Step 4:

(Then, get 1 laddle of the mixture and put it in boiled oil and scatter it. Put as many as fish as it fits in the frying pan.)

Step 5:

(Wait for 3-5 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Once it is golden brown already, flip it to the other side and cook it again until it turns to golden brown. Then you can put the cooked torta in the clean bowl.)

You will continue the process untill all the mixtures will be cooked.

And this is now our finished CRISPY TORTANG BOLINAO. And yes, it is crunchy and it is so perfect for a cup of rice plus coffee.
