WHAT WOULD I DO FOR THE GROWTH OF SCHOOL

The principal of an educational institution plays a very important role in the development of the institution. I have had a dream of becoming the principal of an educational institution since my childhood, and, inshAllah, I will definitely fulfil it. If I become a principal, then I want to share some ideas with you about how I will work for the growth of my school.

A good school is one where the principal is fully focused on the development of the school, and successful schools are those that take care of student learning. Therefore, if I became the principal, I would pay more attention to the education and training of the children so that they could get a good education, get good marks, and make their institution famous.

Therefore, for the development of my institution, I took special care of every small need of my school students so that they could get an education in a good way. Also, I will visit my school all the time so that I can see that the children are learning properly and observe the activities of the teacher so that he can give proper attention to the students.

Additionally, I will organise some competitions for students to shine, showcase their skills, and build confidence. I will also organise sports festivals so that children can enjoy their school life. I will take a test series from the students so that they can perform well in the exams. In this way, the institute will grow a lot. A good principal is one who organises all activities well.

TIPS TO THE TEACHERS FOR MAINTENANCE OF DISCIPLINE

It is very important to establish discipline in educational institutions. Institutions that do not discipline children can never succeed. So I will give some advice to the teachers to maintain discipline. These suggestions are given below.

• The first piece of advice would be about cleanliness; every child should be clean.

• The second advice would be about the uniform, checking proper uniforms the students.

• Another advice to teachers would be not to be frank with the students.

• Another advice would be to check the students' hair and nails every Friday.

• Guide students to come to school on time; late arrivals will be punished.

• Special attention should be given to students' attendance; students with low attendance will be struck off.

So these are some tips that I would give to teachers to maintain discipline. I hope these tips are good.

MY POINT OF VIEW ABOUT SPORTS AT SCHOOL LEVEL

Sports play a very important role in the development of any educational institution, and in my opinion, having sports at the school level is absolutely essential. The same routine makes a person bored, and to avoid the boredom, it is the duty of every principal to arrange activities like sports at the school level.

Because if sports activities are organised along with studies, many students will participate in them, which will be good for the growth of the school. So to encourage sports in the school, I will create a festival that has different games, and the child can easily participate in whatever sport he is interested in.

And I will conduct sports festivals every six months and have very good prizes for the winners so that the students can do the work in a better way and other children will also enjoy the festivals. By taking part in these competitions, students can enjoy their favourite sports, which will also be very encouraging.

EASY ATMOSPHERE FOR STUDENTS

At the school level, children are not very mature and do not understand the language of love very well. And if we want children to learn well, then the teacher should teach that child with love. Sometimes I have seen that if a child does not remember his lesson, the teachers start beating him, which is not a good thing and also upsets the child.

That's why I would advise the teachers not to beat the children for not remembering the lesson but to teach them with love so that the child will revise the lesson, and if they are going to beat the child, that child will become rude. That's why teachers should be very affectionate with children and not make them angry.

Also, I would advise the teachers to be very gentle with the children and give a reward to the child who does well in the class so that the other children also start studying after seeing the reward. Because if the attitude of the teachers is good towards the children, then the children will also want to study more and more to win the hearts of the teachers.

PERSONALITY OF MY PRINCIPAL

The name of our principal during matriculation was Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Bhatti, and he did his duties honestly; I have never seen a principal like that in my entire life. He took great care of our every need during this period, and he was a very nice person. In matric, when I was in the ninth grade, our principal was someone else, but in the tenth grade, Gulzar Ahmed Bhatti became our new principal.

Our principal was very strict about discipline and never compromised in this matter. He was on tour all day and took special care of all the school activities. I was very happy with the way he motivated us, and that's why I passed matric with very good marks. He was the owner of a high moral code, and in his eyes every student was equal, and he never gave any student the advantage over another student.

God blessed him with all abilities, and he was also very fond of sports activities. During his tenure, we participated in sports activities twice. Although the old principals did not organise such an activity even once, I don't know where he is now, but wherever they are, I pray to God to keep him happy. I really appreciate what he did for us. This principal was a very good person and a servant of God.
