Friends, do you know what brunch is?

Although now more and more people are familiar with the term brunch, for those who don't know, I'll give you this information.

Brunch is a term used when eating food outside of meal times, between breakfast and lunch.

So, combining breakfast and lunch in one go. This term is an abbreviation of break fast and lunch. The time starts from 11 am to 3 pm.

Who wants to know the history of brunch? Well, I'll tell you.

Brunch originated in England, around the 1800s, and was served in the style of brunch mananch. There is a sociologist, named Farha Ternikar, Phd. He said that in the 1980s, British people used their breakfast to lunch time to drink Blagimary. Then this activity became popular in America since the 1930s, and continued to develop throughout the world, including Indonesia.

Then I started to wonder, is brunch a necessity or just a lifestyle?

In its country of origin, England, brunch has become a kind of necessity. Brunch is identical to gathering time and socializing activities for women.

In Indonesia, some people adapt this culture from abroad, and brunch is more appropriately called a lifestyle. Brunch is considered as one way to socialize or reduce fatigue at work. In Indonesia, brunch menus can be enjoyed in cafes. People often eat brunch while doing activities such as meetings, chatting, or friends to drink tea and coffee. Sometimes brunch can be a solution for those who don't have time to eat breakfast, but have to immediately attend meetings and other activities. The point is, if brunch is outside, it is more about necessity. But in Indonesia, it is more of a lifestyle, and it is also not supported by restaurants or cafes in Indonesia that do not provide a special brunch menu. So, for those who are having a brunch meeting like me who have an appointment, it is indeed quite difficult to find a place. But if we talk about the benefits, what are the benefits of brunch?

The benefits of brunch are to provide a source of energy. So, people who eat breakfast, then work hard, usually before lunch, their energy, their strength for their body has started to decrease, because it was burned when they were working. Well, if he eats between breakfast and lunch, that means he will consume energy again. So he will recover his energy. We have to have breakfast, if he is a hard worker, in the physical sense. Brunch is allowed. But if he is like a manager, who sits a lot, he doesn't have brunch. That will risk excess calories, and obesity will occur. So, for those with ideal body weight, hard workers, brunch is allowed. But brunch has its advantages. How much to eat for breakfast, how much to eat for brunch, how much to eat for lunch, how much to eat for afternoon tea, how much to eat for dinner. All of that must be totaled, so that his weight is controlled. If this total excess can cause weight body.

Greetings always compact.
