Hey there everyone!! I hope everyone is doing great, here is my entry for this contest.
I wanted to thank you @waqarahmadshah for this amazing and exciting contest because Eid is near the corner and we can show our emotions through this contest.
What's the difference between Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha? |
---|
Eid al-Fitr
Eid ul fitr is the day of happiness that is celebrated after fasting for the 30 days of Ramzan. It is one of the major celebrations in Muslim culture. All the Muslims combine in one place and offer the Eid prayer. Then we came back home and ate something sweet. This shows us the happiness that Muslims celebrate after 30 days of consecutive fasting. The festive is given as a treat to all Muslims who showed patience and remained steadfast and kept control of themselves for 30 days. After this we wear near cloth, get money from elder and enjoy sweet foods.
Eid al-Adha
Eid ul Adha is also an important festival for Muslims. All Muslims celebrate this day to remember the integrity of Hazrat Ibrahim A.S who sacrificed his son Hazrat Ismail to obey the order of Allah Almighty. On this festival, Muslims pray and distribute the meat of the animal that they sacrifice on the stay to all the needy people around us. This shows the generosity and equality of Muslims, no one has high ranks.
This event is celebrated for 3 days and we can sacrifice animals on these days for Allah, Animals to be sacrificed include cows, goats, and sheep.
Could you please share some pictures of your Eid festivities with us? |

How does Eid help unite our community? |
---|
Eid gives a sense of togetherness to all the Muslims belonging from different cast and from different backgrounds unite together at a place to pray and remember Allah almighty share their meals and exchange happiness by showing generosity. Eid encourages us to find those who are needed provide them meals and share our happiness with them. So that they can also wear new clothes enjoy a meal and have a happy day.
At last, I would like to invite @sahar78 @abdullahw2 @ and @askhan for this contest.
Dear steemit fellow it is true that Eid ul Adha is also an important festival for Muslims. All Muslims celebrate this day to remember the integrity of Hazrat Ibrahim A.S who sacrificed his son Hazrat Ismail to obey the order of Allah Almighty.
