Grettings to my all friends.how are you today.i hope you all are fine and i am also fine to day today is not a special day but still i thought i would make somthing sweet.so i wanna share my blog in wonderful community steem for bloggers.
Then i decided that today i will make" sooji ka halwa"(semolina' halwa)that l went to the kitchen and started making .halwa has many benifits for us,for our little children.so take it i am presenting it at your servic.
Benifits for kids
Rich in fiber and hence prevents constipotion in babies .gives instant energy henece keep the child active throughout the day.sooji(semolina)contains a reasonable amount of phosphorus and magnesium wich help in bone developmint and supports the nervous system.
Ingredients
- cup semolina (sooji)
- cup sugar
- cup water
1/2. cup ghee
3.4 .green cardomom - Tbsp almond (shredded)to garnish
How to make
In deep heavy sauce pan or krahi melt the ghee and add the sooji (semolina) and stire fry over medium/ low heat,depending on how often you stire it.
At same time in another pan disdolve the sugar in the water over low heat and keep on simmer till required. when the suji is light brown and gets a glossy look and doesnot stick
Together much (wich means it is fried enough) add the sugar soloution and tha cardamom and bring to a boil. Then till the liquied is absorded at the stage you can stire off and on not countinous serve hot garnished with almonds.
