To everyone MY Dear friends hope you all will be doing well and enjoying yor life with the grace of Allah. lets welcome me . Here it is my first post . And I aspect good response from you all steemers . And inshallah i will be giving all my best to present you such a great type of posts . Or in today post im sharing with you all about my first week back workout and thier way of lifting.
First i started my exercise from pull ups because it stretchs my back and wings which makes my back fell good and it is also a greatest exercise ever for back .
Then after that I started my workout from lat pull down wich gives an Insane pump to my back .
Way of Performoing Lat Pull Downs |

First sit at a lat pull down machine and down your knees fermly under the pads . And Then Hold the Bar with a wide Gripe always put your back straight and keep looking forward to the bar . pull the Bar Down Towards your chest by engaging your lats and squeezing your shoulder blades together. And then slowly release the bar back to the starting position.
After having Done by late pull Down Exercise I shifted to seated cable Row exercise which especially Target your back and wings . This Exercise Gives an Insane Shape to Your Body and it makes your back attractive . After performing That Exercise you will be fell like an olympian .
