Hello Friends

What does Ramadan mean to you personally?

According to my understanding personally, "Ramadan" is the 9 months of the Islamic calendar that is observed by Muslims across the world as a holy month that is designed for fasting, praying, reflection, and doing charitable works in a community.

It is the month when Muslims fast and pray ahead of time before celebrating salah. During Ramadan, some Muslims fast for 12 hours, or 6 hours whereas some fast for 24 hours depending on the number of how one can fast.

How do you prepare yourself spiritually and mentally for Ramadan?

I do prepare myself spiritually and mentally for Ramadan by keeping myself holy and avoiding engaging myself in things that are against Ramadan. I don't drink or smoke during Ramadan and the only thing that I usually do during Ramadan is fasting, praying, and giving support to those in need.

Also during Ramadan, I always meditate about my life so I can stay holy and build myself spiritually and mentally. Another thing that I do during Ramadan is stay indoors and say my Ramadan prayers.

What are your goals or aspirations for self-improvement during

My goal or aspiration for self-improvement during Ramadan is to improve my spiritual life in this Ramadan season. I want to improve my spiritual life during this Ramadan season, which is what I am aiming to achieve.

My goal or aspiration is to increase my spiritual growth and improve myself better during Ramadan which is what I like doing, during Ramadan like this.

Ramadan, and how do you plan to achieve them?

Well, I do plan to achieve by keeping myself holy and prayerful and I have decided to increase my fasting hours from 6 hours daily fasting to 12 hours daily fasting.

I plan to increase my fasting and prayer time to a more reasonable hour that would enable me to achieve what I have planned to achieve during Ramadan.
