Greetings to you all my dear friends how are you all doing today I hope all is well today and you all are having a nice and wonderful day.

Today in my entry I will be sharing with you all base on the topic "Trust", which in my entry I will be sharing with you all the meaning of trust and some of the benefits of trustworthiness

According to my own understanding trust can be best define as an assured reliance on the character, abilities and truth of another person. Trust can also be seen as a kind of proposition that someone or something is dependable which is as a result of an abstract mental attitude.

Gaining a person's trust is very important though it's not mandatory but to me is very important because when you gain the trust of the people around you it tends to draw and attract favour.

Some of the benefits of being trustworthy are;

• It tends to draw and attract favour like I'd mentioned earlier
• It helps in building a person's reputation
• Being a trustworthy person gives room for collaboration
• It helps in building personal integrity
• Above all it gives strength to your relationship be it casual or intimate.

Some of the reasons why a person looses his or her trust value in the society and from the people around him or her ranges from so many things*.

*You know in the society a person's behaviour is one of the most crucial things that determines how people around you classes you, for example if you are always tricky and always try to be smarter than everyone else the people around you won't take you serious at all because already they know that you are not a straight forward person.

At first we have already discussed on the things that makes a person to loose his or her trust value, now we will be discussing on why people stop trusting others;

Now the answer to this center's around just one word only and that is "experience", yes that right when you had previously fall a victim of dishonesty from others they will find it very difficult to trust again.

And still on this experience we have childhood trauma, which can definitely contribute in causing a person to loose his or her trust in people.

There are many more others that contributes to a person loosing his or her trust in the people around him or her but I'd just talked about just one which to me covers all others which is experience
