Education is the key to success that furnishes people with vast knowledge and expertise to nourish and support the progress of society. If a person is educated the doors to a great variety of opportunities will be open and one can intensify abilities and contribute to the world and humanity.
If we talk about Employment it leads a person to financial stability, imprints a sense of purpose, and leads to an increase in experience and learning day by day. Thus both education and employment individually authorize a person with the best qualities and economic development of his own. This individual welfare leads to the economic progress of the society and a well-off and knowledgeable society.
But now in this contest, the main subject is to choose between education and employment as the title of this contest held by @khursheedanwar in the @steem4bloggers Community. Although it is difficult to make a choice it's mandatory. So let's start with the queries.

I want to prefer education over employment. There are several captivating reasons to do so.
● First of all, education made a building block to enhance extensive knowledge over a wide range without the limit of the particular field that one needs to be in a particular job. The consequences of it will be that every person can able to face the bitter professional and industrial challenges of the world.
● Secondly, education gives birth to critical and analytical thinkers who engage themselves to think beyond their own works. Employers felt the dire need for these logical abilities as they have to focus and contribute just to solving problems and making strategies in their respective fields.
● Also, with the help of education, we are able to make a strong grip on the theoretical concepts, rules and regulations, and best practices so that they can able to face the complexities and hardships of their fields.
● Furthermore In this modern world continuous learning is required. So only an educated person with a solid educational basis has the habit of long-term learning.
● In essence, on one side if employment provides prompt financial support, education on the other side provides more viable and enhanced accumulation in long-term success and progress of professional and personal values.

Education needs to be preferred on employment due to distinct advantages such as:
●Education corresponds with high-level business and career opportunities which is a source of high earning. If one first takes up-to-date knowledge, special training, and an advanced degree that person will be more paged in the society and keep flourishing day by day. Thus an employer frequently values power and depth of knowledge which gives him positions of leadership and opportunity.
● One of the best advantages of Education is entrepreneurial opportunities which means creating opportunities for oneself rather than relying on somebody. But to master this strategy one must have a strong educational background. Thus we can able to get rid of the stereotypical methods of employment and cab able to done high-value things with the help of holistic knowledge.
3- In which field there is more investment required in your country? (in education or in giving employment to others) |

● My country name Pakistan is really at a critical stage to decide between investing either in education or in giving employment opportunities. I think Pakistan is an underdeveloped country and it needs to invest in both fields for its development.
● Following are the reasons that our country needs to invest in both fields to improve the economic conditions:
- As education is really essential to get a good employment opportunity both are interconnected giving education more worth.
Both these fields foster the development of the country but in distinct ways. If we talk about education the investment in this field will lead to the development of skilled people, workforce abilities, new and innovative ideas, capabilities to get vast planning and management strategies for the progress of the country, moral values, and even every aspect of life and this will be possible only if there is an investment in the education sector to made more and more people educated.
On the other hand investment in the employment field will lead to an immediate increase in economic concerns. Poor people get benefits as they will be able to stabilize themselves with these opportunities.
- However, if we need reliable and long-term job criteria education is the building block and the main pillar in this concern. So we must consider education as our top priority.
- A balanced approach is needed to get the benefits of a sustainable educational population and immediate relief of jobs for income. Long of the short, I would like to say that proper planning and management strategies are required for the holistic development of Pakistan addressing, both immediate needs and future reliability.
