Then I repeated the steps again and boiled it for the second time and then rinsed it with cold water and this process should be repeated three times to remove the bitterness of its skin.
After this, I made its nectar, which was the result of water, sugar, and cardamom seeds

After making the nectar, pour the kiwes into it and boil it for about an hour
Then we wait for it to cool down and pour it into a glass of jam and enjoy it
