My entry to : Landscape Photography Challenge - Week 65

𝕷𝖆𝖓𝖉𝖘𝖈𝖆𝖕𝖊 𝕻𝖍𝖔𝖙𝖔𝖌𝖗𝖆𝖕𝖍𝖞 𝕮𝖍𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖊𝖓𝖌𝖊 - 𝖂𝖊𝖊𝖐 65 :

The following photos are views of the rice fields behind my house. Isn't that a river? No friends, this is the rice field behind our house.

I took this photo some time ago, when there was quite a serious flood in our village with water levels of more than one meter.

This flood water inundated more than half of our village area, including the rice fields in our village.

I took these photos when I was leaving the house in a canoe. At that time I wanted to buy logistics in the form of food and our necessities, because at that time our house was flooded, even though our house was not flooded because the foundation of the house was quite high.

If you look at the photos above, it looks like a view of mountains and lakes. But don't be fooled, friends. These are rice fields that are starting the planting season, but have been inundated by quite high floods.

Our village is quite prone to flooding, especially in the rainy season, and every year we can't count how many times this flood comes to us.

However, no matter what, it is my hometown, and I still survive in my village with my parents who are still alive and also with my siblings.

As the saying goes: "It rains gold in someone else's country, it rains stones in your own country." As good as someone else's country is, it's better to live in your own country.
