Sometimes we find ourselves in situations where our confidence is completely shattered. Because of some inner conflict or failure, we begin to feel inferior. That feeling is profound and painful. It may even seem like the cry of a dying soul, where no hope or vitality is left. People then suffer from their inner pain and lose interest in life.
