I can't remember how many months ago I created my first NFTs, but as they say, I created it and forgot lol.
Especially since my PAL coin miners bring me quite a lot of coins daily I decided to spend a hundred coins on minting and it did not affect my wallet in any way a drop in the ocean.
But yesterday Dear @michelangelo3 bought one of my NFTs, which was a pleasant surprise for me.
I sometimes create NFTs from my drawings and photographs, but I would like to see a clear benefit from these NFTs which in this situation when sending the original drawing outside the country is highly questionable I do not see.
But today I seem to have found something that turns a passive picture into an advertising tool and something similar to a jubilee coin which is issued in a limited edition and can tell its future owner something.
In this case the idea was to tell the world about photography competitions and other competitions in which I will participate by minting memorable NFTs that will bring people to Steemit... can bring people so to speak.
So the NFT is created its description which I indicated on the platform you can read below.
Description of NFT in a circulation of 100 copies at a price of 0.03 ETH:
@barski's photo works for Steemit contests - What is "in reserve"?
This NFT is a print of my participation in wonderful photo contests held on Steemit.
In this case, it is the Food Photography Challenge - Week 76 - The moment of truth hosted by Dear @theentertainer where I presented my work called "What is "in reserve"?" where you can see fresh kiwi fruits.

This is the place where you can monetize your photography skills and this NFT is proof of that.

As you can see, at the bottom of the NFT there is a screenshot indicating the earnings of my post, which is a confirmation for people who are not yet familiar with Steemit that this is the place where you can monetize your skills as a photographer and writer.
Lol, of course the higher the amount, the more attractive the advertising but I am grateful to God and for one dollar under my post for me personally this is an impressive advertisement and NFT with a clear meaning and benefit.
I don’t know how popular these NFTs will become but this is what in my opinion is worth continuing to do which is what I will do in the future.

May I ask how much it costs to create an NFT on ETH? From what I've heard, it's not cheap. Solana (e.g. https://solsea.io) should be cheaper.
Even cheaper would be ICP, the associated marketplace is https://entrepot.app/marketplace. I tried to create an NFT there about a year ago, but the process didn't work.
I hope your sale works and I wish you every success!

Of course, there can be no secrets here, moreover, as I understand,
rarible.com deserves a post because, before my son found this platform, I myself stayed away from NFTs on ETH, since the prepayment for minting was an unbearable burden for me.
But, as it turned out, on rarible.com, when creating an NFT, you can check the box and the buyer of the NFT will pay for minting the NFT upon purchase, and I will receive the amount minus the cost of minting.
I made screenshots and they show that the cost of minting is inversely proportional in percentage to the set price of the NFT, the more expensive the NFT, the smaller the percentage that will leave our profit.
It seems to me that this is very convenient and does not pose any obstacles for those who want to create an NFT.
Thank you for your good wishes! Have a blessed day!
