The picture was taken in the city centre of Mainz, which I more or less strolled through a few weeks ago. It is a sculpture in a fountain. The sculpture is almost 9 metres high and made of bronze and is dedicated to the foolish season. Among others, you can find Till Eulenspiegel and the Hanswurst.

Das Bild ist aufgenommen in der Innenstadt von Mainz durch die ich vor einigen Wochen mehr oder weniger geschlendert bin. Es handelt sich dabei um eine Skulptur in einem Springbrunnen. Die Skulptur ist fast 9 Meter hoch und besteht aus Bronze und ist der närrischen Jahreszeit gewidmet. Unteranderem findet man hier Till Eulenspiegel und der Hanswurst.
