Assalam-o-Alaikum
Hi everyone hope you are good and enjoying the Holy month of Ramadan as it's a month of blessings. The specialty of this month is that we love to cook a different variety of homemade food for our family because it's the occasion where all family members joined the Iftar blessings at a time. I would like to thanks @aaliarubab for organizing this wonderful contest for us and give us a chance to share homemade cooked meal with other steemian friends and family.

As it's Holy month of Ramadan, and we take care of our neighbors, friends and family and share our home cook meals with them so that everyone can enjoy the blessings and also our obligations to take care of needy people. I decided to cook homemade Mini shawarma pockets as I thought to send Iftar to my neighbors.


Home-cooked mini shawarma pockets


Ingredients

Here are ingredients which i used to make my iftar dish.

Step 1

For dough making i take luke water, added 1 Tsp instant yeast and mixed well, stayed it 5 minutes. Then i take flour added little sugar and stain it well. Now, i used instant yeast water and make a dough. Added 1 tsp of oil to make it more soft.

I made the dough and apply little oil and kept it for 2 hours until rises.

2For mince making i put it in cooked till the water dried out, added spring onion, black pepper,and salt, cooked till soften.IMG_20230328_173442_897.jpg

4Heated the pain, lowering the flame and placed the bread to cook it well, it takes 5 to 7 minutes.IMG_20230328_174015_447.jpg

6For sauce making i used one tsp chilli garlic ketchup and 2 tsp mayonnaise and mixed it well, sauce is readyIMG_20230328_174215_553.jpg

Conclusion


This is all about my today's post. I didn't added much soices nor oil, kept it light and healthy so that everyone can enjoy it. I hope you like it, waiting for kind feedback which is valuable for me. In the last i would like to invite @ashkhan, @shanza1 and @zobiali to take part in this contest.
