Hi everyone hope you are good and enjoying the Holy month of Ramadan as it's a month of blessings. The specialty of this month is that we love to cook a different variety of homemade food for our family because it's the occasion where all family members joined the Iftar blessings at a time. As it's Holy month of Ramadan, and we take care of our neighbors, friends and family and share our home cook meals with them so that everyone can enjoy the blessings and also our obligations to take care of needy people. I decided to cook homemade Mini shawarma pockets as I thought to send Iftar to my neighbors.
Here are ingredients which i used to make my iftar dish.

4. | Meat mince, oil | 100 grams, 2 Tsp | |
5. | Cucumber and tomatoes, black pepper, salt | 2, 2Tsp |
Step 1
For dough making i take luke water, added 1 Tsp instant yeast and mixed well, stayed it 5 minutes. Then i take flour added little sugar and stain it well. Now, i used instant yeast water and make a dough. Added 1 tsp of oil to make it more soft.
I made the dough and apply little oil and kept it for 2 hours until rises. |

8 | Cut the shawarma into 3 quarts half and put the stuff and salad in it. |

This is looking very tasty specially in Ramadan these types of dishes wins our hearts always. Homemade shawarma and other stuff are more tasteful and secure.
