This is the flower of Cleome viscosa or a tick weed. Kind of a perennial weed that can be found all across the globe in the warm habitat, especially in tropical places.
I found them in an abandoned garden near my work place. It seems that they are out of touch and no one really wants to take care of them.
But in some places, they can be used as livestock feed, even though it is really unlikely in my place. The flower is very nice, with a bright yellow color.
