Я уже рассказывала о интересном блюде из сырой рыбе – строганине . Я его впервые попробовала этим летом в ресторане Калининграда «Шпрот». | I have already told you about an interesting raw fish dish - stroganina . I tried it for the first time this summer in the Kaliningrad restaurant "Shprot". |
Нас было трое, и мы решили попробовать три подобных блюда. После чего каждый попробовал каждое из блюд. Кроме строганины мы заказали севиче и сугудай. | There were three of us, and we decided to try three similar dishes. After that, everyone tried each of the dishes. In addition to stroganina, we ordered ceviche and sugudai. |
Севиче из нерки с цитрусовыми и авокадо. Это блюдо из Латинской Америки. Мелко нарезанную сырую рыбу 15 минут маринуют в соке лайма. В том варианте, который нам подали к рыбе добавлены очищенные апельсины, авокадо и салат рукола. За счет сладости и аромата апельсинов это блюдо выделялось. Это было вкусно, ароматно, необычно. | Sockeye salmon ceviche with citrus and avocado. This dish is from Latin America. Finely chopped raw fish is marinated in lime juice for 15 minutes. In the version that was served to us, peeled oranges, avocado and arugula were added to the fish. Due to the sweetness and aroma of oranges, this dish stood out. It was tasty, aromatic, unusual. |

Сугудай, как и строганина, пришел к нам из кухни северных народов. Строганина готовится из замороженной рыбы. А для сугудая исторически брали живую рыбу, которую рубили на кусочки и посыпали солью. | Sugudai, like stroganina, came to us from the cuisine of the northern peoples. Stroganina is prepared from frozen fish. And for sugudai, they historically took live fish, which was chopped into pieces and sprinkled with salt. |
В ресторане был сугудай из сига с луком и перцем. Всё очень просто и вкусно. | The restaurant had sugudai made from whitefish with onions and pepper. Everything is very simple and delicious. |
