I used to be a shy guy and lacking confidence in singing through videoke. Seeing my friends singing, I was envious because of lack of confidence. However, when my family used to go to the hotel and have our dinner in a KTV room, I began to gain confidence.
I don't mind whether I don't have a great voice. I just want to sing it out. My wife bought a Bluetooth speaker which was connected on phone, and I do sing when time allows.
When our couple friends invited us on their wedding anniversary, there's a videoke available. My friends had sung multiple songs, while I sang only once.
We are like a boyband here, actually oldies boyband. Lol! So what boyband are we? Westlife? Minus two members? Hehe
I'm like a background singer here. I can't remember the song we sang but it was an old song from the 1980s.
Move. It's my turn. Guess what song did I sing? You won't believe it, "When We Were Young" by Adele. I never thought I can even sing the song. My wife is there cheering on me. 😆
