The first thing I should say "Thank You" for the good activities from @cch and @visionaerfund, for this contest about Food Photography Challenge - Week 51 my entry is Delicious and healthy food with πŸ₯¬πŸŒΆπŸ₯• "Mackerel Chili Paste"πŸ₯¬πŸŒΆπŸ₯•

Coming back again to the topic of food. Hehe, I'm a person when have time, I like to spend time at home and cook by myself. I feel like cooking is my happiness in another form. You must not be wondering why my blog posts mostly about food πŸ˜†πŸ˜† I think cooking is the joy of experiencing smells and the process of making it along with various details in doing it. For me, the best thing is being able to taste the food the way I like it. And that's called learning and experience. For the menu "Mackerel Chili Paste" is a menu that I feel like I make often. Because I think "Mackerel Chili Paste" goes well with vegetables. It's a healthy food menu. and suitable for people who are controlling their weight.

Actually, I'm not a very good about cook, But I like to learn. Some menus I studied from the internet. And for the "Mackerel Chili Paste" menu, I make it so often that I don't even need to look at the recipe. πŸ˜† I actually think it's a delicious dish. That's why I make it so often.

For the ingredients I made this time, they are as follows: πŸ‘‡

  1. 2 mackerel
  2. I added about 10 chili (if you don't like it spicy you can add a little bit depending on your preference)
  3. 7 cloves of garlic
  4. 2 stalks of coriander
  5. 2 stalks of green onions
  6. Half a lemon

I will bake mackerel, garlic, and chilli in air fryer for about 15 minutes. If you don't have air fryer, you can grill mackerel, garlic, and chilli.

After 15 minutes, I remove the bones from the mackerel to keep only the meat of the mackerel

Take the chili and garlic pound them together.

When pounding chili The garlic is mixed together, then add mackerel and pound roughly.

Season with half a lemon. There is no need to add salt or fish sauce because the mackerel meat will have just the right amount of salty taste.

Chop the green onions and coriander. After that into in mackerel chili paste and mix well. Finished.

The taste of mackerel chili paste It has a sour, salty, spicy taste. I think it goes well with vegetables. If you are on a diet with foods that are beneficial to the body I think the menu is mackerel chili paste. It's another interesting choice. I hope my post is helpful for your cooking. πŸ™
