And these are one of the many blessings received when we get up early to exercise, we enjoy the contact with nature body to body, being blessed with beautiful landscapes, which we miss by being at home, I did not enjoy these landscapes, as I always went out with the desire to fulfill my tasks, and since I exercise one of the great benefits I have had is the opportunity to enjoy so many beautiful sunrises, one more beautiful than the other either in the countryside, beach, city, it is a beautiful moment to contemplate the sunset.
