এটিও আমাদের দেশের ঐতিহ্যবাহী খাবার। এটিও পানিপুরির মত দেখতে কিছুটা কিন্তু এটাকে পানিপুরি বলে না। কারণ এটাতে পানিপুরির মত টক পানীয় ধরে রাখার ব্যবস্থা থাকে না। পানিপুরির তুলনায় এই খাবারের পাপড় একটু বেশি শক্ত। তবে পানিপুরি খেতেই সব থেকে বেশি মজা মনে হয়েছে আমার কাছে। পানিপুরির মত এই খাবারটিও দামে সস্তা। দোকানদার এই খবারের একটি নাম বলেছিলেন, সম্ভবত এটাকে ভেলপুরি বলা হয়ে থাকে। এই খাবারের আসল নাম কি সেটা জানা থাকলে অবশ্যই আমাকে জানাবেন।

The papad of this dish is a bit tougher than panipuri. But panipuri is the most fun for me. Like panipuri this dish is also cheap in price.
